Welcome to Aman Motors. By accessing or using our website amanmotors.shop or our scrap-car and spare-parts services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility

You must be the legal owner of the car you want to scrap or sell.

You must provide valid documents such as RC, ID proof, Insurance (optional), and Authorization letter if selling on behalf of someone else.
2. Vehicle Inspection

All cars are inspected before final pricing.

The quoted price may change after physical inspection of the vehicle’s condition, missing parts, or paperwork issues.
3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on market scrap value, condition, and weight of the vehicle.

Payment is made through Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or COD (for spare parts).

Once the vehicle is sold and payment is completed, the transaction becomes final and non-refundable.
4. Required Documents for Scrap

Valid RC (Registration Certificate)

Owner’s ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, etc.)

Photographs of the vehicle

Signed scrap consent if required

Aman Motors will assist with the paperwork where applicable.
5. Scrap Certificates

We provide a Government-Approved Car Scrap Certificate after the vehicle is fully processed.

The customer is responsible for updating the certificate details with RTO if required.
6. Spare Parts Sale
-
All spare parts are sold based on availability and actual condition.

Used spare parts are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.

Warranty is not provided on used parts unless stated.
7. Vehicle Pickup

Free pickup is provided within selected areas.

Pickup timing depends on availability and location.
8. Liability

Aman Motors is not responsible for any pre-existing fines, challans, loans, or legal disputes related to the vehicle.

Customer must clear dues prior to scrapping.
9. Website Usage

Users must not misuse the website, submit false information, or engage in fraudulent activities.

We reserve the right to modify content, pricing, or policies without notice.
10. Governing Law
-
All transactions and services follow the laws of India, including RTO and scrap-policy regulations.
